Usage Tools
Note: we believe in using usage tools, if at all, as a starting point. Emerging research suggests that day-to-day changes in screen-time does not directly impact well-being — so, we recommend focusing on “teens not screens,” but using usage tools to gauge whether you’re successfully shifting your habits.
